Sweet and Spicy Pork Chops

4 - 8oz. center cut pork chops
2 tbsp. sea salt (available at The Spice Rack) 
1 tbsp. fresh cracked black pepper (available at The Spice Rack)
Corine's Cuisine No. 31 Sauce (available at The Spice Rack)

 

preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place a baking dish large enu=ough for the pork chops inside the oven while preheating. Season the pork chops liberally with sea salt and pepper. Heat a heavy skillet or non-stick pan over medium-high heat with two slices of fat trimmed from the pork chops. (If there is not enough fat on the pork chops, use 2 tbsp. olive oil) Saute the pork chops for 5 minutes per side. Move the pork chops to the baking dish and cover with a layer of No. 31 sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Serve with sautéed apples.
