Smoked Mozzarella, Bacon, Triple Ale Onion & Maple Pizza

Pizza Dough (I used premade pizza dough and rolled it out)
1 Green Apple Sliced
Smoked Mozzarella (base the amount on your taste)
1 Jar Triple Ale Onion Spread (available at the Spice Rack)

Pure Maple Syrup (available at The Spice Rack)
Fresh Thyme Sprig

Preheat oven to 475 degrees

Cook bacon for a few minutes in a skillet, just to crisp. (don't overcook or you will burn it while cooking your pizza).  Drain on paper towel.

Generously flour your pizza dough surface and your rolling pin. Roll out your dough.  Spread the Triple Ale Onion Spread as your pizza base.  Top with sliced green apple, Smoked Mozzarella Cheese and Bacon. 

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.  Finish with fresh thyme and a drizzle of pure maple syrup.
