Pear and Gorgonzola Salad

1 1/2 Cups Romaine Lettuce
1 Cup Arugula
1/4 Cup sliced Green Onion
Bosch Pears, cut into bite-sized pieces (seeds removed)
** substitute pears are just as good
3/4 Cup Gorgonzola Cheese
1/2 Cup Dried Cherries
3 Tbsp House or Italian Blend Olive Oil (available exclusively at The Spice Rack)
2 Tbsp Plum & Basil Balsamic Vinegar (available exclusively at The Spice Rack)

Prepare a green salad with Romaine lettuce, Arugula and sliced onions. Add the pears, dried cherries and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese to the mixed greens. Mix gently. Add the love oil and balsamic vinegar, Toss lightly and serve.

Pairs well with Steaks, Turkey Burgers, Grilled Pork or as a simple side salad with your choice of protein.
