Ingredients for Meatballs:
1/2 Pound Ground Turkey
1/2 Pound Ground Pork
1-2 Eggs (depending on size)
1/4 tsp Cayenne (available at The Spice Rack)
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic (available at The Spice Rack)
1/2 tsp Allspice (available at The Spice Rack)
1/3 cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 tsp Sea Salt (available at The Spice Rack)
Ingredients for Date and Orange Sauce:
1 Jar Sticky Date & Candied Orange Chutney (available at The Spice Rack)
1 Cup Orange Juice
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
In a large mixing bowl combine turkey, pork, egg, breadcrumbs, allspice, garlic and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Form meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
In a large saucepan, on medium heat, add 1 cup of orange juice and 1 jar of Sticky Date & Candied Orange Chutney. Cook and stir until sauce combines and thickens up, approximately 3-5 minutes. Toss in your meatballs and coat well.
